ANDRONI GIOCATTOLI began working in the field of plastics processing in 1967. Since 1974 he has been specializing in the production of plastic toy. From the outset, the child's safety is high without neglecting the search for an innovative design and an increasing quality of the product. To this end, in 1993, an internal technical office is created, daily engaged in a continuous technological research to "mixed child". Each toy is thus "pensed", created and produced at our headquarters in Varallo Pombia. From a shared idea you go to a sketch on paper, from here to an artisan model in real size. Then we get a CAD drawing from which we get the definitive model made with modern 3D printers accompanied by a study of color combinations and packaging with relative graphics. Then we switch to the design and manufacture of the mould, quality tests and product recognition by the JOY SAFETY SYSTEM. The production in series by means of automatic presses uses quality raw materials. This is the true MADE IN ITALY, made with passion for research and desire to grow, an expression of a company philosophy that finds a constant confirmation in our presence in the world markets.
