Japan, early twentieth century. The young Tanjiro, a kind coal seller, sees his daily life upset by the extermination of his family by a demon. The only one left alive is her younger sister Nezuko, who, however, has been transformed into a demon herself. To get her back as before and take revenge on the monster who killed her mother and siblings, Tanjiro sets out on a journey with Nezuko, starting a tale of blood, swords and adventure. Tanjiro and Nezuko cross blades with two demons who can control both temari and arrows. They claim to be part of the Twelve Demonic Moons and to be under the direct control of Kibutsuji. Will Tanjiro be able to defeat the two opponents and get some new clues about his sworn enemy?
