Japan, early twentieth century. The young Tanjiro, a kind coal seller, sees his daily life upset by the extermination of his family by a demon. The only one left alive is her younger sister Nezuko, who, however, has been transformed into a demon herself. To get her back as before and take revenge on the monster who killed her mother and siblings, Tanjiro sets out on a journey with Nezuko. Thus begins this story of blood, swords and adventure!
